I mainly support sole traders, partnerships, and small limited companies across Scotland. My services are ideal for businesses that need reliable, straightforward bookkeeping and financial management without the cost of a large firm.

Do you only work with local clients?

Not at all! While I’m based in the Scottish Borders, I work with clients throughout Scotland and the wider UK. Everything can be handled securely online using cloud accounting software.

Which bookkeeping software do you use?

I work primarily with Xero, however I am also proficient in other systems so whatever best suits your business. I can also help set up your preferred system and provide training if you’re new to cloud bookkeeping.

How much do your services cost?

My pricing starts from £50 per month, with clear, scalable service tiers depending on your business size and needs. You can view all my pricing options here or contact me for a tailored quote.

What’s included in your bookkeeping services?

All plans include regular bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and accurate financial records. Higher-tier plans can include VAT returns, management reports, payroll, and year-end support.
