Form 1040NR Filing & Payment Due Date 2015 Tax Year

The Non Resident Alien who has a financial interest in the United States will file payments and form 1040NR on a different due date than those who are U.S. citizens, greencard holders, or U.S. residents.

You will need to determine your residency status. Whether you should file  under the non resident alien status is determined by your citizenship (or if you have a greencard), how many days you spend in the united states, and whether or not you have a closer connection to another country. To determine whether you must file 1040NR, please refer to the Substantial presence test calculator.

Due Date for Payment of Tax Liability 2015

Due Date for Payment is the same date as when the 1040NR is due to be filed. There is no extension of time available for the payment even if there has been an extension of time to file the form 1040NR. Returns can be filed before the due date, and payments can also be made before the due date. Usually the IRS will accept returns as soon as towards the end of the first month of the year.
